Terms of Payment

These Terms of Payment (the "Terms") govern the use of the MeowSolutions Payments payment gateway (the "Service") by any natural or legal person initiating a payment ("the Payer") towards any merchant integrated with the Service ("the Merchant"). By starting a payment session at this checkout page, the Payer accepts these Terms in full and unconditionally as a contract of adhesion under Art. 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and an equivalent provision of applicable foreign law.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Operator provides the Payer with the technical means to transmit a payment instruction to a chosen payment rail (bank card, SBP, PayPal, cryptocurrency network). The Operator is not a party to the underlying transaction between the Payer and the Merchant; the Operator does not provide goods or services purchased by the Payer from the Merchant.

2. Payment methods

• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, MIR. Payments may require 3-D Secure 2 authentication.
• SBP (Faster Payments): instant transfer via the Bank of Russia's National Payment System.
• PayPal: processed by PayPal under its own Buyer / Seller protection terms.
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT (BEP-20 and TRC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum. The Payer must send the exact amount displayed on the checkout page in the exact network indicated. Transfers in a wrong asset, wrong network or wrong amount are processed solely on a best-effort basis and may be irrecoverable.

3. Amount, currency, fees

The amount displayed at checkout is the gross amount payable. Network fees for blockchain payments are paid by the Payer in addition to the displayed amount and are estimated for convenience only — actual fees vary with network congestion at the moment of broadcast. Currency conversion (if any) is performed at the rate of the underlying rail at the moment of capture.

4. Payment window and expiration

Each payment session is valid for 60 minutes from creation. If the Payer does not complete the payment within this window, the session is marked "expired" and the Payer must create a new payment with the Merchant. Funds sent to a cryptocurrency address after the expiration are not credited automatically; the Payer must contact support within 30 days at commerce@meowsolutions.limited with the transaction hash.

5. Refunds and charge-backs

• Refund requests are addressed to the Merchant first. The Merchant is the legal seller and the party responsible for the consumer-protection obligations under applicable law (in Russia — Federal Law № 2300-1 "On Consumer Protection").
• Once approved by the Merchant, refunds for card / SBP payments are returned to the original payment method within up to 30 banking days.
• Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are returned to the originating wallet address whenever technically feasible. Where the originating address cannot be reliably determined (e.g. exchange-pooled wallet), the refund is processed manually upon written request.
• Charge-backs for card payments are processed under the rules of the respective card network.

6. Prohibited use

The Payer warrants that the funds used are of legal origin and not subject to AML / CTF restrictions, that the Payer is acting on its own behalf and not under coercion, and that the payment instruction is not made on behalf of a person on a sanctions list (UN, EU, OFAC, Russian Federal Service for Financial Monitoring). The Operator reserves the right to suspend a payment for the time required to perform due-diligence checks.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator's aggregate liability towards any Payer for any individual payment is limited to the amount of that payment. The Operator is not liable for delays, errors or losses caused by force majeure, by acts of card networks, banks, blockchain forks, or by the Payer's own actions (mistyped address, wrong network, lost private key).

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus (place of incorporation of MeowSolutions Limited) with mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Payer's country of habitual residence remaining applicable. For Payers domiciled in the Russian Federation, mandatory rules of Russian consumer-protection law and Law on the National Payment System (Federal Law № 161-FZ) apply.
